Questions you’re probably asking
What do I need to start?
A phone number and your Ghana Card, or your business registration if you're a company. We check your details before your store goes live.
Will my customers see the name Primtach?
Your store, links and order pages show your name and colours, but the web address includes it: yourstore.primtach.com. Texts and emails about an order carry your store's name, and can come from a Primtach sender or address. A mobile money prompt or card page may show the name of the payment company.
Do I need to know anything about tech?
No. Choose your prices, copy your link and share it. If you do build software, the API is there too.
Can I buy stock and sell it for cash?
Yes. Buy bundles up front and get a code for each one. Your customer enters their code on your link, and it goes straight to their number.
Can I do all this on my phone?
Yes. Message us START on WhatsApp to open your store, set prices, buy, get your links and check orders, with no website needed.
Who sets the prices?
You do, within limits for each product. You see your cost and your selling price side by side before you save.
What if I send a top-up to the wrong number?
Delivered top-ups usually can't be reversed, so every order asks you to confirm the number before you pay.
